What to complete

The compliance process may require business verification, contact details, operational information, and signed agreements.

API access can be limited until compliance is complete and approved.

Before sending live transactions

Confirm that:

Item	Status
Business information is submitted.	Required
Required agreements are signed.	Required
Account is approved for Factoring Decline v1.	Required
API credentials are visible in the portal.	Required
Statement Descriptor is configured.	Required before live processing
Postback URL is configured if your system expects asynchronous updates.	Recommended

Notes

Compliance status and account configuration are managed in the merchant portal. If a page is not visible, or your API key does not work after approval, contact your account manager.
