Compliance requirements before using the API.
Factoring compliance must be completed before live API usage.

What to complete
The compliance process may require business verification, contact details, operational information, and signed agreements.
API access can be limited until compliance is complete and approved.
Before sending live transactions
Confirm that:

| Business information is submitted. | Required |
| Required agreements are signed. | Required |
| Account is approved for Factoring Decline v1. | Required |
| API credentials are visible in the portal. | Required |
| Statement Descriptor is configured. | Required before live processing |
| Postback URL is configured if your system expects asynchronous updates. | Recommended |
Notes
Compliance status and account configuration are managed in the merchant portal. If a page is not visible, or your API key does not work after approval, contact your account manager.
